Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) is geographically placed at the heart of Indochina and is one of the many landlocked countries around the world. Our geographic location provides Laos with two key advantages including land link country and Indochina economic center.

 

    The Lao government have realized this early and focused their investment on infrastructure. Laos embraces one belt one road initiative and set out strategic mission to become “Land-link” and “Battery of ASEAN”. This has made infrastructure a significant driver to the strong annual economic growth of about 7% over the past few years.
